The private practice of Dr. Stephen P. Clemens, DMD has been open in the Portland, OR area since 1997, he holds a DMD from Oregon Health Sciences University and a certificate in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Clemens is married with two sons and enjoys spending time biking, paddle boarding and exploring the Oregon Coast.
